Kk...at last my sickness had gone better now. had a bad flu and had been coughing very jat lat...

About my work place ar.... it's located at Ang Mo Kio, very near to Yio Chu Kang Mrt. haha...can walk to there, save my fare!!! very important le! these days fare so expensive...knn.. 1 trip cost $1plus to $2 liao..... $10 can be gone in 2 short days le man....

Well...i found tat it is better to work in a company tat is own by foreign sia, Singapore boss simply kiam xia! Singapore bosses give low pay and lousy benefits... Working for foreign company can enjoy accecptable pay and great benefits sia!

In the motorola head quarter singapore, have their own canteen, and their food r even cheaper than those in my secondary sch MAN! 3 meat 1 rice only cost less than $2 siA!!!! where to find!!!! got free Fruits somemore!!!! but limited la...haha... than hor...got free water, tea and coffee le! SAVE MONEY!!!! $$$$$$$$$$$

I work for 12 hrs and got 2 30mins and 2 15mins break MAN! wahaha hw great is it! no need to work for 1hr and 30mins!!hohoho den get 12hrs pay lor....

Working as those stupid waiter hor....also not so gd... u work hw many hrs mean pay hw much... Somemore..wan slack can act act on toilet break for long long haha...A..... dun worry i'm not a slacker haha i dun do tat, and it's not recommanded oH! but i seem others doing that la...

The Staffs there also take gd care of us lor... no scolding de hehe... then they teach very paitiently de lor... got mistake, just tell us nicely.... dun worry...so far no mistake noticed from them. HAHA....

Hmm....can chit chat while working also...haha....well...but there lots of Aunties la...... very few chio bu.... but if got ar.....is damn soild de lor...cos all around 20plus le ma.... but one day they will becum aunty also one la...haha....

When got nth to do hor...we can run around lor...hoho.... can go canteen take our own sweet break.

Wah.. tat time got false alarm.. haha... everyone being evacuated to the ground floor... well...great maN! can skip from work for another 1hr...den continue our break later on...haha....Slack slack slack...

But well...the most tiring part is tat... working 12 hrs hor... difficult to get enuff rest la.... will old fasted de le......

Well.....as my former work place, Jurong High Tech located in Tuas....damn fuck de lor.... kept on rushing and scolding de....then foods and drinks need to buy by ourself at other food court sia.... no own canteen de...knn.... but got water coolers and vending machines la..... unless la.... need spend money le.... then the food court there so expensive.......knn.... hmm...leave not easy to get de lor...... CB. k la...everything is gone nw..

But was really happy working there also la.... cos all ppl chiong together, we all got talk got luff, fun la.... den so many young china ladies...haha....cute and pretty le! all age around 18 to 26 de.... some look like japs...hohohohoho..... really la... china girls r hairy.....haha...we always call them hairy moster on their back.... cos their armpits.....hohoho....damn hairy..haha..... dun think rot ar..... cos when they tie their hair, den we saw de ma...... shh.....

Woke Up early to play soccer wit Ck andYp at 10am.... was sick.... but still went to play la... addicted to soccer liao??? where my all time fav. BADMINTON!!! BADMINTON i miss U!!!! k...again...said wan to play at state land, where there is a full size soccer pitch wit 2 standard goal posts.

Me and Ck reached there 1st, den damn fucking sun, so hot lor...early in the morning le..... DEN need to wait for tat damn fucking Chris...aka gerrard.... so sloW! nvm pro star always arrive slower de hor....

When he reached liao....WAH LAN! CCB la...when we step further onto the pitch hor.........SIAN LE! so wet....socked wit water....., can't remember when got rain..... very deep lor...den quite muddy too....

Bo bian....den...we back off to our home ground aka Anfield, we called it anfield, cos...the court is damn fucking near tat damn Chris's hse lor..... benefit him...as always.....

Er.....ya forget to tell u all...it's onLY 3 of US FUCKING IDIOTS........ only 3 ppl play full courts aR!?????? SIAO BO.... damn fucking gd statmina hor u guys.... i weakin le....sick somemore..haha...

We played or train, 1 on 1 and free kicks...... Damn.....free kick damn fucking difficult lor....i lousy la.....no power on shot also.....WEAKIN! CK was the best on free kick..... he got the most successful free kicks....

We play 1 on 1 until siao....haha....fucking tired lor.... we sweat like hell too.... and puff like dogs... hmm..... JOGA 3's also dun use such a big court lor....haha....

Btw if u guys dunnoe wat is JOGA 3, it is a game where by only
3v3 with only victory, no DRAWS!

Den....after playing till 12pm.... we proceed to the coffee shop to eat, i din eat la....abit sick...no appetite to eat any food.... i just drank a can of carrot juice... Seem tat carrot juice had been one of my fav. drink liao.... recently i've been regularly drinkin it....

After tat...den went home lor...walked from tat damn chris's hse...... at 1st tot wanted to go orchard and accompany ck go his test de.... den i buey tahan....haha...went off to slp liao...pai seh ar.... really cannot make it la....

Almost being busted by those 2 damn fuckers...Chee kang and Yip Hoo..aka gerrard... told them i will go orchard wit them rite........

They bastard...no call me...., i smsed ck and asked him goin at wat time, den he said he leavin liao..... i lan lan......

After a while, den he called me and ask me to tag along.... as Chris was late as usual...pro star.... Den i quikly went to bath and changed my clothing and wore my contact lens.....den went off to meet them lor....

Hai...they went there to buy shirt.... at Wisma Flesh Imp shop..

Wah...haha...the sales girls nt bad looking wor.... quite cute also... kept on pursing ck to buy more shirt... haha.. Chris brought 1 and Ck Brought 2 ???

I din buy any... need save money la.... the shirt r nt bad la..... maybe will be back to buy some lor...when i am loaded la...haha.... wait long long lor......

After leaving the shop, Ck told me the girl at the cashier, Soild......... to him only bla... ok la....he said her face very smooth....... nice lookin.....

But after some seaching for seats.......we chosen to back off....as it was too crowed and can't really find a sit..... bussiness so gd ar..... dunnoe their food taste gd anot....

Den we procceded to Cine lor.... at 1st CK wanted to eat at the food court... but chris and i dun really wish to eat there...as the food there dun really interest me..... thus we go to KFC lor....

After eating, we walk upstairs to take a look.... Chris and CK siao one....they r gaying!!!... Whenever Upon seeing Wang Lee Hong's poster, they cannot stop hitting each other and ended wit luffing.... seem like they enjoy tat huh...... Werid......

We went to the i-shop, guess ck wanna to get himself an iPod shuffle bla.... he looked around...and asked for the pricing.... den consider about it.... guess he will buy it next time bla....

Hehe....as for me...as per normal playful..... i went to rise the volume of those iPod playing wit their speakers.... actually, i just wanna to listen the sound quailty of their speakers la..... no need to pai seh la..... y so scare....wah lao......

Den we went to b.i.r.d the nike shop, lots of psp wit fifa 2006 loaded r there....but wat the hell....all the psp r not on..... they placed those psp to collect dust ar......

As i wana to find hw the fifa 06 game play look like, i on 1 of the psp set and play wit it for a while..... founded...tat luckily i din buy it....haha...had been thinkin of getting it...but pefer Winning Eleven la....it's the best soccer game in the world!

I din really explore the game la....but my impression is tat..... alrite la...not really gd...and i hate the fact tat it can only control by it's analog for moving the players.......... quite difficult to control...as it can't move very accurate to the direction i wanna move...

After looking at those beautiful shirts by nike, we den proceed to Heeren lor....(is it spell correctly?) as they wanna to look for more shirts...

Went out wit wen lun today, since its' been a long time no hang out wit him liao.... get in touch wit him once a while lor...

We then, walk to PS. lor..... went there for a cup of coffee at Startbucks... wat i got to say le....... the coffee there dun really taste good le..... pefer Coffee Beans la.....

After tat... we went to lan shop play Dota.....haiz...maybe it's too late and not holiday lor....quite little ppl there..... got to play 1 on 1 wit wen lun 1st..... haha 1st blood him....den we go ask for ppl to play wit us..... found 2..... 2v2........ we lost..... as we used the wrong tactics la....... could have easily beaten them.....They have 1 bone wit them..... sian... we din kill him 1st....den...allowed him to own in late part of the game lor........took awhile b4 we could kill him..... but by tat time, it's already too late....their item build r simply too good liao....... so bo bian lor.... wrong tactics .....haiz......

K at last goin for dinner liao....haha... decided to go to yishun for my dinner... tat damn fucking wen lun hor..... no money in his wallet liao....thus got to withdraw some moey from his bank.... but..........................almost all the atm run out of $10 dollars note liao....thus can't withdraw the minimal $20......... we went to lots of atm machines......damn....we only found 1 very late... at very far..... tat could withdraw $20.....haha...

After eating, its time for me to go home lor! at last..... after a long time outside.......very tired le...wanting a slp..

Meet Asia's most overworked people

72% of employees in S'pore work 50 hours a week and face increased stress

HERE'S the bad news which you've probably experienced first-hand: Employees in Singapore are the most overworked and burnt-out in Asia.

According to a report on employment trends in Asia — namely China, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore — by employment management company Hudson, 72 per cent of the 685 respondents in Singapore indicated that they worked at least 50 hours a week.

A significant increase from 64 per cent in the same period last year, this is higher than markets surveyed in Asia — even Japan which has a reputation for being a nation of workaholics.

Nearly half the Singaporean respondents said they work slightly longer hours than they did two years ago. An additional 13 per cent said they are working "significantly more".

Most Singaporeans cited an increased workload as a cause of stress. Four in 10 said that they felt burnt out. In terms of stress levels, employees in Singapore scored way above China and Japan, lagging behind people from Hong Kong by only 2 percentage points.

However, it's not all bad news. The companies they work for are probably enjoying growth and are hiring staff.

Said Hudson Asia chief executive officer Gary Lazzarotto: "The overall picture is very positive … the downside is a candidate-short market, leading to longer hours for staff and an increase in employee burnout."

One key reason cited by companies for employee burnout is the difficulty in recruiting new staff, the report — a key socio-economical indicator of the employee marketplace — said.

"Singapore has a very limited talent pool, mainly because of the small population. And with the Government pushing for growth in areas such as finance and IT, there's a candidate shortage problem, especially for bilingual employees," said Mr Lazzarotto.

Two measures considered most effective by respondents to curb burnout are eliminating non-essential work and hiring more staff. "Ultimately, it comes down to human resource management to deal with these problems," said Mr Lazzarotto.

If burnout problems are not addressed, he warned, it could lead to problems such as low productivity. "Even a higher salary might not attract people if they have to work 60 hours a week," he said.

Young Lions thrash Sarawak 7-2 in Malaysia FA Cup match

S.League club Young Lions thrashed visitors Sarawak FA 7-2 in the Malaysian FA Cup's quarter-final first-leg match at the Jalan Besar Stadium on Wednesday.

Khairul Amri scored for the Young Lions in the 23rd, 36th, 38th and 42nd minutes.

The Singapore side got their fifth goal in the 54th minute without having to score, thanks to an own goal by Sarawak's Sanjos Bin Sundawat.

Qiu Li and Shariff Abdul Samad added two more goals for the Young Lions in the 66th and 72nd minutes respectively.

SINGAPORE has beaten Tokyo as the city with Asia's highest quality of living, according to a survey by Mercer Human Resource Consulting.

The cities with the top three quality of living scores were Zurich, Geneva and Vancouver.

Singapore's index score in the survey improved from 102 last year to 102.5 this year, edging out Tokyo, which had a score of 102.3.

The survey judged cities based on 39 key factors, like political stability and law enforcement, censorship and personal freedom, banking services, pollution, recreation and housing.

Singapore climbed one notch in the global rankings to number 34, beating cities like London (39) and New York (46)

Maybe so lor...after my working experiences in Jurong High Tech(JHT), my view on many things, life, and Singapore and changed a lots, i also learned a lots from there, it's a true experience working there...as i saw all walk of life working there leaving their home from India, China, Malaysia and Indonesia. They told me hw bad r their country and hw nice its working in Singapore. Even wit rather low salary and hard work tat i hate, they told me tat they perfer working here.





Today, went to play soccer wit Chee Kang, Yip Hoo and Guo Hao again... this time round.... only 4 of us playing......wtf......tired le.... At 1st tot at last can go state land play lor, where there is a full size field and 2 rather new goal posts. Excited to go there thought wit some hesitation la.. cos.. only 4 of us playing! siao ar....4 ppl play so big field for wat...haha.... think we animals ar..... wit huge lung to run about in such a big field, even worldclass players dun play matches in such a big field wit only 4 ppl lor 2 aside..... haha craps...

I walked alone to the field after buying a bottle of water, den found i am the 1st to reach..wtf... noeing they will late...i already purposely late a little... den found out WTH where the goal posts.... (post or pole ar?) so i called YP where he is lor..... den we change location b to our home, anfield street soccer court wit sprays of old trafford sux and red devils knnccb wordings haha... After all both Liverpool and Manu r the most heated rival of each other by their fans, telecast of their match is also the most anticipated match between both sets of fans from history. Wow Sharon have a pub!!!! Went to her pub wit Chee Kang, Yip Hoo, Benton, Yean Seng, Guo Hao and his GF. 1st time vist to a pub, was quite excited about the trip, as i wonder hw the pub look like and hw fun it can be. We 1st took mrt to raffles place, den we wait for tat slow king yean seng who is goin to NS on 8/4/06 which is today. WAIT FOR DAMN Long sia! Lucky i have my psp and some jokers around, after he at last arrived, we den get out of the underground and look for sharon to bring us to her pub, opened by her dad and brother. Waiting BAR, they got a cool name for their bAR!, as it is a name of a bar named in Wo He Jiang Xi You Ke Yue Hui (MY DATE WIT A VAMPIRE) my fav. show. Hmm...b4 entering the pub, my impression or expectation of a pub is like, i tot music, girls, bartender, confortable space for relaxing, but while entering the pub..i was kinda disapointed... as the pub was rather small and lack of space and sits...also... to the fact tat i hate listening other ppl singing ktv....as it is a bit noisy la... sorry.. hmm...how cum wit the name of waiting bar..no MA XIAO LING, Kuang Tian You or Vampires around de.....haha.... k la..each pub got it's own attractions, as for this one...u can sing ktv till u high, and a pool table for u to pit ur's skill against others. hmm...next wish stop will be clubbing bla....

Watched wit the company of chee kang and yip hoo in my room, where we watching 2 matches together.... which other exciting match is Barcelona vs Benfica. Both Arsenal and Barcelona r the most attractive soccer team on the planet currently. As i am fan of Arsenal, i focus more on arsenal's match, as this concern about their entry to the semi. In the end Arsenal draw 0-0 wit Juventus in an equally match, ya i was like Arsene Wenger, worrying tat Juve could level wit the 2-0 cushion Arsenal won at home, till Nedved got sent off in the 76th min den i can relax more and felt tat they r goin to the semi liao.

Guess Lehmann was really lack of money to spend bla.... he had kept 8 consecutive Champions League clean sheet liao!!! A new european record!! so nw he got more bonus money to earn liao!! haha....

In the Barcelona match, it was also an rather evenly matched match but the quailty of Barcelona won the match by 2-0. Suey Benficam they came so close to the semi yet so far.... while looking at Ronaldinho, i joked wit my frens tat, his butt grow on his head, and they look at me and asked y?, i ans: dun u find his hair look like the tail of the horse?? haha... 1st he got the horse's teeth, nw his hair....

Hmm...Arsenal next CL opp. will be Villareal, this may be the easiliest draw for Arsenal in the semi as they avoid meeting Barca and AC, but this is also a very tricky one, as everyone noe hw Barca and AC play...but not Villareal... Villareal may create some suprise too...so got to WATCH OUT! on 18/19 of April.

"Brazil's World Cup secret -- plenty of sex"
Brazil coach Carlos Alberto Parreira wants his team to play with a smile on their faces at this year's World Cup -- so has ruled out imposing a sex ban.

While Parreira's predecessor Luis Felipe Scolari ran a famously strict regime during the 2002 finals, a more relaxed mood will prevail in Germany -- and that includes as much sex as his players want.

"I don't think that sex one day before the game will have any harm on the player. Just sex, no problem," Parreira told Maxim magazine.

"The problem is, they don't eat, they don't sleep, they smoke and they drink. That is the problem. Sex? No, sex is always very good -- always welcome."

Parreira also gave an insight into the methods his team uses to maintain spirit during tournaments.

Ronaldinho is a keen player of the samba drums -- and the world champions will be packing their instruments once again when they head to Germany.

"Psychologists say it is very important in the dressing room and coming from the hotel to the stadium that you do something with your hands, with your mouth," Parreira said.

"If you just sit there worrying? Clutching your hands? That does not help. If you play something it helps relax. That is why we give them the drums and things.

"Since 1970 we have done this. We buy instruments for them, and they play on the bus -- instead of saying, 'Oh my God, we are going to play Germany or England in a World Cup game.' That does not help."

Parreira also said there was no chance that Brazil would play more conservatively in Germany.

"We have to give a good impression and keep our style. We don't have to change that because we are going to play a World Cup."

"We have to defend, as well, otherwise we go nowhere. But we can't deny our roots -- we play a happy game."

"Singapore warns bloggers against political postings"

SINGAPORE, April 3 (Reuters) - Political debate on the Internet could fuel "dangerous discourse" in Singapore, the government said on Monday, warning people who post political commentary on Web sites could face prosecution.

Speaking in parliament, senior minister of state Balaji Sadasivan, said anyone using the Internet to "persistently propagate, promote or circulate political issues" about Singapore during election periods was breaking the law.

Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, whose People's Action Party has dominated politics in the city-state since independence in 1965, is widely expected to call early elections in the coming months.

"In a free-for-all Internet environment, where there are no rules, political debate could easily degenerate into an unhealthy, unreliable and dangerous discourse, flush with rumours and distortions to mislead and confuse the public," Sadasivan said.

The tiny island-republic's laws require political parties and individuals to register if they want to post political content on the Internet.

Print media in Singapore are tightly controlled, but the Internet is rife with Web sites that discuss Singapore politics, from the critical newsgroup sg_review (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Sg_Review/) to the comical www.talkingcock.com and blogs such as singabloodypore (http://singabloodypore.blogspot.com) and www.yawningbread.org.

It is not clear whether any of these sites have registered with the government.

While Sadasivan said the government's approach was to take "a light touch" in regulating the Internet, political activists have complained that the rules are too broadly defined, preventing an open debate. He said a change of the law was ruled out.

The rules also apply to "podcasting", an increasingly popular medium through which audio files are made available for download on the Internet, allowing Web surfers to listen to them at their convenience.

Last year, opposition politician Chee Soon Juan launched a podcast on the Singapore Democratic Party's Web site in an attempt to reach a wider audience and bypass the pro-government media.
